SALES EXECUTIVE

Raynesway Blinds creates professional and elegant made-to-measure blinds, shutters and awnings for homes and offices. We are based in Derby but also provide our services to the surrounding areas. We are a professional and agile company and our goal is to provide high quality blinds at affordable prices with excellent customer service.

Full Time Employed Sales Executive details:

  • Salary is up to £27,000 (depending on experience) with OTE up to £32,000.

  • 40 hours each week, these may need to include some weekend and evening times from time to time but only where necessary.

 

We would expect you to have the use of and use your own vehicle, for which we will pay 25p per mile, you should be able to claim a further 20p per mile from the government at the end of each tax year.

 

Duties

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Build positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company goals.

  • There will be some canvassing required to increase potential sales opportunities, i.e. new build sites and some business related contacts.

 

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close deals.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
